Mike Crowley is a seasoned entrepreneur with 15 years of startup success. He has successfully led the early stage positioning and financing for firms in a diverse set of industries including consumer entertainment, software, and medical devices. As a founder or co-founder in all of his business ventures, Mike has secured over $15MM in grant, angel, and venture financing for his companies; produced comprehensive business, marketing, and operating plans; managed intellectual property creation and licensing; successfully developed and executed regulatory strategies; and recruited executive management teams. Mike has also worked closely with numerous other ventures from concept to financing. Mike played his collegiate basketball at St. Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, IN, and graduated in 1993 with a B.B.A in Accounting. Mike later earned his MBA from the University of Michigan. He began his professional career as a C.P.A. specializing in early stage and entrepreneurial clients.

Mark Shary brings a wealth of startup experience that includes taking a tech firm from zero to $50mm. Mark has directly managed each functional business area, he has implemented and managed direct and international sales organizations; served as CFO of a listed company; bought and sold technology businesses; managed a large R&D; team; closed multi-million dollar technology deals; financed several start-ups; reviewed hundreds of contracts; and developed a dozen successful strategic marketing plans. Mark has led and advised on dozens of corporate finance transactions ranging in size from several million to several billion dollars. These transactions included private and public equity raises, commercial debt, senior bank debt, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and related tax and accounting structures. Mark founded one high growth company and led two others after beginning his career with Ernst & Young. He has served on the board of two public and three private companies. He has a B.B.A in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and is a CPA.

Dan Touhey has over 15 years experience in marketing and product innovation for top-tier global brands. He has a proven track record of consumer marketing, brand positioning, successful new sporting goods product launches and managing professional league relationships. He was most recently Vice President of Marketing for Spalding, the worldwide leader in basketball equipment and the official game ball and backboard of the NBA. Dan served on Spalding’s executive committee and had overall responsibility for Product Line Management, Licensing, and Consumer Marketing. In 2001, Dan created and led the launch of Spalding’s INFUSION basketball, the most successful new basketball product in the industry’s history, resulting in $22 million in first year sales and a doubling of Spalding’s market share from 32% to 64% over the same time period. In 2005 he led a major repositioning and re-launch of the Spalding brand to include a new business strategy, brand identity, and channel management directive.

A 1990 graduate of Boston College, Dan earned his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 1994.

Kevin King, Lead Technology Manager

Kevin King is a PhD of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. In the past five years and working directly with Company founder Noel Perkins at his labs at the University of Michigan, he has worked directly on the development of nearly all aspects of InfoMotion’s core technology. He is one of the foremost experts on applying MEMS inertial sensors to the measurement of sports.
